A Mini Shoot in a Lazy Afternoon in UP (Part 1)

Hi! If you're new here, please find time to view my Gallery. You may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! :)

The theme for the shoot was really intended for a boy+girl tandem of Adam and Eve, but my friend invited his friend Donna who likes to cosplay to just join and pose for us for some hours. Donna herself is a DSLR user. She shares a Nikon D80 DSLR along with her brother, but then for the shoot she was the model.

Personally I can say that she looks like a doll herself. We interviewed her for some time and I was actually curious on what character is she patterning herself into since I’m not really familiar with Animé characters. Surprisingly, she said something about Ball-jointed dolls , those almost life-size Korean dolls that are just expensive. Quite creepy to look at actually but they are beautiful…but then I wouldn’t bother putting my money on dolls…I would rather put money on the gear I use…hahahahaha

I like it everytime I join a mini-gathering or shoot. I just learn new things every time I join one like the one in UP. Everything is a learning experience…like on this one… I realized that I should really start reading and watching more stuff about Animé and Ball-jointed dolls etc. if I want to shoot subjects in cosplay etc.
Well, this is only Part 1 on this Mini Shoot. I have another post for the Adam and Eve theme.
