It’s been a while since I went to Antipolo City. The last time I went there was when I had my car blessed around June last year. There are only two places in which we usually walk to in Antipolo. It’s the church and the market just near the church. I’ve been wanting to take random candid shots of people interacting in the marketplace, but it was just too obvious to take pictures with a DLSR. But then this time it was different. I used a wide angle Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM lens attached to my 1000d body. It was really funny using such lens to take street shots…it’s big with the lenshood so I had to keep my lenshood in the car instead. Hehehe.. 
Weird enough, it didn’t really grab any attention from the people while I was just standing and shooting from the hip during the whole ordeal. I was just hoping for random lucky shots from whatever my hip was pointing to. I realized that it was also a good thing that the place was noisy while I was clicking away.
I really got interested in shooting the vendors of the stalls and candid shots of people buying and haggling for kilos of cashew nuts.
I only took some quick shots and then it rained on the way home. I realized an ultra wide angle lens can also be fun to use for candid shots..if only it has that 2.8 aperture that Tokina one has. Camera shake…Hmmm

@Ada- I can’t sleep right lately and today (OMG. it’s 2:47 in the morning and I still can’t get my eyes shut!) so I made a blog post. I haven’t been shooting much lately other than shots from my photography class to keep me busy.
Thanks, I like that shot too. Haha, My face with the camera shake surprised you? Maybe because we haven’t seen each other since Feb 19 from that event at Le Souffle!
