I asked one of the waiters by the bar about the name of the restaurant. I was curious about whether the owner’s name was pepper, etc. Funny that it wasn’t the case. The reason behind the name of this new restaurant was that most of their dishes are flavorful with pepper and spices. It was true indeed that I tasted a whole set of spicy and flavorful dishes from their menu.

It seems that restaurants in Davao never run out of Baby Back Ribs as one of their main dishes. Each restaurant has their own taste to offer though. For Pepper and Peppers, their Baby Back Ribs, unlike others, has less sauce but if you slice through it, it’s just juicy and flavorful on its own. It’s a must try from the ones that offer ribs with sauce.

It was kind of Dr. Haw to slice and serve me Pepper and Pepper’s signature dish. It’s really one flavorful roasted and baked chicken with all the flavors kept intact on its juices. It’s was delicious and something that can really make customers come back to their place.
The Iberian Chicken is to die for.. sobrang sarap
