I am an active contributor to our group food blog, Pataygutom.com. I love to share about my foodtrips and posting about what’s new in the food industry in certain events. As passionate I am with pictures, I always bring my big DSLR camera just to take the perfect shots to make my readers get more hungry about my blog posts. My blogging buddies also think that I have the potential to be a food photographer..Well, that’s another story.

On the other hand, there would be times I would miss taking the shots, and actually lose the will to make a blog post about food. I actually experienced it after my DSLR had a big meltdown or errors, obligating me to have it serviced in the local center. The feeling of having not to shoot and blog about the dishes frustrated me a lot and. It was like I lost a part of my body and blogging about food isn’t complete without the pictures of the yummy food.

In the light of things during the lack of my camera and companion my Canon EOS 1000d, I always remember that there is a sweet alternative in still getting the shots and the blog posts to my readers. Afterall, it’s not the camera with the powerful features that matter in showing that the food is attractive enough and yummy, it’s me who captured the photo with good composition along with the content I give. Even a simple mobile phone camera can capture great food shots. Good thing about it is that most camera phones already enter the benchmark for quality pictures and with technology lately, I can easily update my blog with my latest food happenings in just a a few clicks…as simple as sending a multimedia message. Uploading in a singe with free unlimited storage, it’s all possible with Nokia OVI.

I’m pretty much excited about Nokia OVI reaching the shores of our country as it is a perfect fit that enables me to never miss my food discOVIries.
I would gladly invest in having a palm-sized OVI phone for my blogging needs that I wouldn’t need to lug my notebook and DSLR during my foodtrips to share the wonderful photos and stories.
I would OVI? Would you?
