Sunset Nostalgia

With the bad weather lately, I begin to reminisce taking pictures during sunset. For a while I haven’t had the chance to see reddish to purple skies blending in with the clouds, where everything else around that kind of setup still look good despite being just silhouettes.

This is in Boracay back in the year 2007 from my first digital camera, the Canon IXUS 750 or SD550. This picture needs some cropping! LOL. :p

Here’s my first sunset shot with the sun and clouds on my Nikon D60. This was heavily cropped and after this…I had no more sunset shots.

Sunset at Lake Caliraya in Lumban Laguna…a long exposure when waters become a little misty.

I’ve uploaded more than 2000 pictures online and I realized I’ve taken so few sunset shots since the year 2008 when I first had my Nikon D60 DSLR. I should take more shots during sunset, it’s actually a great time to take pictures when magical colors appear.
