I never knew what Mang Inasal was, or how good the grilled Chicken Inasal there was until me and my brothers and sisters at my bible study in Makati ate at the Jupiter-Belair branch. My first encounter with Mang Inasal’s Pecho meal of 99PHP was just unforgettable. 
First of all, the chicken was huge compared to other restaurants that serve Chicken Inasal. I do recommend eating my favorite Pecho Meal at Mang Inasal. The white meat I tasted back at that first encounter was flavorful and juicy, which then justified that one would really crave for more rice when eating.
Something to take note about Mang Inasal is their mysterious Chicken Oil. I think the oil makes Mang Inasal different among the other establishments. The Chicken Oil can be mixed to steamed white rice to produce a yummy Java rice. It also serves as a unique flavor enhancer to the Chicken Inasal meals. It’s sweet and I wonder how they make the Chicken Oil…Well, that’s probably a trade secret! :p
I do believe on what Mang Inasal endorser, Mark Bautista’s message to the public is. Talagang Hahanap-hanapin mo ang Mang Inasal. That’s how great their products are and prices are affordable there too.
Just some curious note though. I heard from a friend that the Chicken from Mang Inasal comes from China or are Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). I wonder if there’s some truth to it. Hmm… 
As for me, I should control myself in consuming grilled food even if Mang Inasal serves delicious grilled foods. :p

well masarap nga pero unfair nman,i have dis friend na mang inasal crew din end of contract nila sa feb.1 pa kaso na early endo sila ng jan.26..ang dahilan daw ng store ay pina endo sila ng area mgr. nila (BLUSH LATAY)
syempre parang ang unfair naman nun dba kc yun na nga lng ang way nila pra kumita ng pera kaso inendo pa ng maaga,yung iba pa naman dun my mga pamilya na tpos gnun ginawa nila,dba dpat pra mging great mgr. ka mging great listener ka muna,wag kng mani2wala agd sa cnasav ng iba dba?at sa pagka2alam ko wala pang formal na sinabi na endo na cla that day,sbi pa daw ng mgr. on duty na “dko pa ksi maasikaso yung paggawa ng sched nyo eh antayin nyo nalang”tpos nung close na sila bgla nlang daw nagpaalam yung mgr. nila na endo na daw sila..syempre nabigla yung mga crew ksi bkit nga cla ma end of contract ng maaga eh feb. 1 panga sila..hehe nasabi ko lang po ksi nakakainis talaga ang ginawa ng mang inasal..bye
mang inasal is very tempting indee but how i wish that they can cater to young customers too (childeren ages 5- 10 years old)…. in that way they can completely master all field of a fast food chain…unique yet suprisingly affordable……
