I was able to eat one of Italianni’s House Specialties, which was their Grilled Pork Chops Au Poivre (425PHP). It comprises a pepper crusted pork chop, with a side dish of crispy sipanch, rosemary potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Even without the sauce…it really looked delicious....
